We would like to remind all clients that payment in full is due at the time of consultation, on dispensing of medicines and diets or on collection of a patient. If you have difficulty with payment, then this should be discussed with the veterinary surgeon at the earliest opportunity and preferably before the time of consultation.
You may settle your account using cash or all major credit and debit cards.
Overdue accounts will be referred to our debt collecting agency and further charges will be levied in respect of costs incurred in collecting the debt.
