Our chairman Richard once lived in our Morecambe surgery
Our Morecambe surgery is a large Victorian house that was built in the 1870s. It was situated on a busy tram line into the town and today remains on the main route into Morecambe.
In 1974 Richard worked as an assistant at our Morecambe surgery. He and his wife lived in the building with their first son until Richard joined the partnership. They then moved out and expanded the building to cater for the needs of a large, dependable veterinary practice.
We pride ourselves on the very personal service we provide for pets and their owners at Morecambe. Despite being very busy, we always make time to warmly welcome everyone that enters our practice; both human and animal.
Progressive improvement is very important to us at Bay Vets, and our Morecambe branch is a great example of our dedication to the service you and your pet receive. As well as continually investing in the latest and most advanced veterinary equipment, our Morecambe surgery underwent an extensive refurbishment in 2012.
We have a spacious surgical suite at Morecambe, as well as multifunctional consultation rooms and a comfortable reception. Thanks to our fully equipped surgery we are able to cater for all small animals, whether they’re visiting us for their annual check-up, because they’re ill or they require some form of surgical procedure.
In 2009 our Morecambe surgery was accredited its Tier 2 RCVS status.
