We are pleased to announce that Bay Vets has become part of Linnaeus, a leading veterinary group in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
We are very proud of our close-knit team, who will all continue in their roles and deliver the same services and level of care that you have been familiar with, led by clinical directors Katie Kyle and Colin Houston.
Our team’s hard work and commitment have enabled us to introduce a night nursing team in 2021, support six of our vets gaining certificates in medicine and surgery, grow our referral services, and relocate our Milnthorpe team to new premises on Park Road in 2023.
Joining Linnaeus will provide further investment into our sites and people, to ensure we continue to offer the best possible care for you and your pets. Our team will be able to access high-quality teaching and mentoring from a community of highly experienced colleagues.
Linnaeus is also supporting our plans to relocate to a new main site in Lancaster, so we can look after more pets across Morecambe Bay for years to come.
